Instructions
  • Dilute with the appropriate amount of water, depending on the application. This is where ORANGE MAGIC is really economical because, for most general-purpose light-to-medium uses (floors, kitchen, and other work surfaces, carpets, cars, etc.), only 1 to 2 oz. of cleaner per gallon of water is needed. The solution may be applied with a rag or sponge or sprayed onto the surface with a suitable trigger sprayer.

  • For heavy-duty applications (grease, blood, crayon, BBQ grills, etc.), use dilutions of up to 4 oz. per quart of water. It also works great on stubborn carpet stains.

Cleaning Tips
  • Limonene products cannot be used on styrene, natural rubber, or lacquer finishes. If there is any question about whether the surface may be harmed, first clean a small test area. For stubborn stains and soil, let the cleaning solution sit on the surface for several minutes. After cleaning, rinse the surface with cold water.

OXY-MÁXIMA Non-Chlorine Destainer and Deodorizer Oxygen Bleach
People have been using chlorine bleach in their laundries since the end of the 18th century. While these products work well for whitening clothes, chlorine bleaches do have a negative effect on the environment because of their chemistry. Care must be taken when using chlorine bleach, as it is toxic to humans, animals, and plants. Many of us have also experienced the frustration of accidentally ruining a colored garment due to an unintended bleach spill.
OXY-MÁXIMA is a safe and highly effective alternative to chlorine-based products that can be used in many applications in and around the home. It is an ultra-concentrated oxygen bleach stain eliminator based on sodium percarbonate, which uses oxygen for destaining and deodorizing. Additionally, it is safe to use at all temperatures, on most washable fabrics, in all colors, and in hard or soft water. It is also compatible with other household cleaners.
OXY-MÁXIMA produces no harmful by-products which negatively affect the environment. Unlike chlorine bleach, which can merely cover up a stain, OXY-MÁXIMA attacks and breaks down organic stains to totally remove them from the garment.
Uses and Instructions
Laundry
  • In the laundry, OXY-MÁXIMA is used to destain, deodorize, and whiten. It is very effective as a laundry pre-soak for heavily stained garments. For light soil, add 1 oz. to your laundry detergent per load. For moderate soil, use 2 oz., and for heavily soiled garments, use 4 oz. For whitening old linens, deodorizing and cleaning tennis shoes, or getting rid of yellow armpit stains on shirts: soak them in 2 oz. of the product per gallon of water for at least one hour or overnight and then rinse.
Kitchen
  • For stained plasticware, dishes, dish rags, and dish towels, add 1 to 2 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA to the container to be cleaned or to the dishwater and soak for at least 15 minutes.

  • To keep your drains and disposal clear and smelling fresh, add 1 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA in 8 oz. of hot water and allow the solution to sit in the drain overnight.
Bath
  • For septic systems, add 4 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA to the toilet and flush it into the septic system twice a week.

  • For toilets, add 3 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA, wait for 15 minutes, and then scrub.

  • For shower curtains, soak them in 1 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of hot water; for mildew stains, soak them overnight.

  • For bathtub and shower cleaning, make a paste of OXY-MÁXIMA with hot water, scrub with a cloth or sponge, wait 15 minutes, and then rinse.
Yard
For deodorizing garbage cans, add 1/2 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of water and let them soak for at least 20 minutes.
For lawn furniture, add 2 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA to hot water and scrub. Wait for 15 minutes and then rinse.
For all-weather carpeting, add 4 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA to a gallon of warm water and scrub with a stiff broom. Wait for 20 minutes and then rinse.
Household
To destain and deodorize carpets, add 1 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of carpet shampoo prior to cleaning. To remove mold and mildew from carpeting, add 2 to 4 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of hot water, apply generously to the stain, wait 10 minutes, and then vacuum with an extractor.
For acoustic tiles, add 6 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of hot water, spray on tiles, wait for 15 minutes, and then rinse.
For mops, add 3 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA to a gallon of hot water, soak overnight, and then rinse.
For mildew removal or cleaning baseboards or basement floors after water damage from flooding, add 4 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA to a gallon of hot water, scrub the surface, wait 30 minutes, and then rinse. OXY-MÁXIMA is safe for use in a closed environment.
To clean and deodorize cat litter boxes, soak them in 3 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of water for 20 minutes and then rinse.
For urine, feces, or vomit stains on carpets or upholstery, add 1 teaspoon of OXY-MÁXIMA to 8 oz. of water, wipe onto the stain, wait for 10 minutes, and then rinse.
Camping
  • To clean and deodorize coolers, add 2 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of hot water, soak for 20 minutes, and then rinse.

  • For boat sails, cushions, ropes, camping gear, tents, tarps, etc., add 4 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA per gallon of hot water, soak for 30 minutes, and then rinse.
Wood Decks
  • OXY-MÁXIMA is excellent for cleaning and restoring wood decks. It removes organic stains - from leaf stains to BBQ grease, mold and mildew, and sun-faded and discolored wood layers. Additionally, it makes your deck look almost new. It doesn't harm your plants, grass, or landscaping in any way.

  • To clean your deck, first remove any loose soil or other matter. Dissolve 6 oz. of OXY-MÁXIMA in a gallon of hot water (generally takes about 5 minutes). Apply it to the wet deck.

  • For railings, a hand pump sprayer does an excellent job. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Scrub it with a stiff broom or brush, and then rinse. OXY-MÁXIMA is not suitable for use with silk or wool.

  • OXY-MÁXIMA will not remove rust stains or mineral deposits from hard water. Instead, try our MINERAL-O-MAGIC hard water deposit and surface rust remover.
